At Vintage Floral, each piece is created and selected with care.
Due to the nature of flowers and perishable goods, fresh flower arrangements are generally not eligible for refunds or returns.
If there is an issue with your order, please get in touch as soon as possible. Each situation will be handled with care and attention, and where appropriate, a replacement or solution will be offered.
Dried arrangements, gifts, and jewellery may vary slightly as many pieces are unique or handmade.
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order, including a photo where possible.
Custom orders are non-refundable.
